| In this paper, the predictive-PID cascade control strategy is proposed through combining the cascade control structure with the predictive control algorithm. Its main design points are discussed. Simulation results show that the new control strategy not only keeps the strong rubustness and fast tracking performance of the original predictive control algorithm, but also rejects the disturbance rapidly. The real-time control result of this new method in a synthetic ammonia plant is also given. |
