| 基于使双向差分误差最小的准则，利用最小二乘原理，本文导出了估计灰色模型参数的一种新计算格式。作为其应用，文中给出了大气中二氧化碳含量和我国出口贸易预测的实例，其效果是令人满意的。 |

| On the basis of minimum of bilateral difference errors, a new calculating scheme is deduced for estimating parameters in grey modelling by means of least square. As its application, forecasts of carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere and the foreign trade of China are exemplified and they are in good agreement with the statistical data. |
