Benchmark Problems in Automotive System Control
Call for Papers Control Theory and Technology https://link.springer.com/journal/11768 Special Issue on Benchmark Problems in Automotive System Control Guest Editors Tielong Shen (Sophia University, Japan) Lars Eriksson (Linkoping University, Sweden) Per Tunestal (Lund University, Sweden) The scope of this special issue is to provide an overview of benchmark problems proposed by automotive control-relevant academic society or technical committee such as IFAC TC 7.1, SICE TC on Advanced Powertrain Control, SICE-JSAE Committee, and Technical Committee on Vehicle Control and Intelligence, CAA. Survey on the challenging results of the benchmark problems will be presented with recent new problem and challenges. The problems and the contributions will motivate further challenges from younger researchers in the field of modeling and control of practical systems. Topics include but not limited to - IFAC Benchmark Problem - Starting Control of Combustion Engines (SICE Benchmark Problem). - Modeling and Control of Common Rail System Control - Vehicle System Control - Control of Automotive Powertrain Systems - Energy Management of HEVs All manuscripts must be submitted through the manuscripts system at https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/ctt Manuscripts should be clearly marked as being submitted to the Special issue on Benchmark Problems in Automotive System Control (Please clarify in the cover note if the paper is submitted to this special issue). Submission Deadline: 23, November, 2018 Acceptance Notification: 10, January, 2019 Publication Date: April 2019 For Further Information about Paper Submissions, please email to Control Theory and Technology (formerly named Journal of Control Theory and Applications) publishes high-quality papers in the broadest areas of systems and controls, covering original research results and applications of new and established control methods. The journal is published by Springer Science and indexed in SCOPUS, EI-Compendex, INSPEC, etc.
