      本文通过对具有自由边界及可变边界的不稳定导热偏微分方程实现时域及空域同时离散化的方法,建立了一组具有约束条件的时态状态方程,从而完成了钢锭处理过程单一动态数学模型的开发。模型给出了钢锭由铸锭到初轧全过程中的热状态,即温度分布、固化进展及热焓量的动态响应。 本人同时介绍了数学模型在实现计算机模拟、计算机监督控制和状态观测器、卡尔曼滤波器等方面的应用。并由工业实验结果证明模型在线应用所带来的降低能耗、提高成材率等显著的经济效益。 文章最后还通过这一现代控制理论工业应用的实例,阐明了现代控制理论在工业控制中应用的必要性、可行性、途径和经济效益。
英文摘要
      This paper describes the development of a single mathematical model of the steel ingot handing process. The model,governed by a set of time -variant state space equations with constraints,is developed by carrying out the discretization in both the time and the space domains based on the partial differential equations describing unsteady state heat conduction with free and variable boundary conditions. The resulting model gives the dynamic response of the thermal states of the ingots (namely,the temperature profile,the progress of the solidification and the total heat content in the ingot) from the teeming operation to the preliminary rolling operation. The paper also presents the applications of the model to computer simulation, computer supervisor control and on – line state estimation by state observer and Kalman filtering respectively. Besides, the industrial tests have shown the remarkable economical benefits of the applications of modern control theory to industrial process control through the example of the application of modern control theory to the steel ingot handling process.
