      在（Ⅰ）的基础上，本文用（A、B）特征子空间S（λ）的性质来研究输出反馈（u=Ky）的作用。首先给出了利用输出反馈使闭环的状态矩阵A+BKC成为循环的充要条件，以及它有n个互不相同谱点的充要条件。利用这些结论可以方便地推导出一些熟知的结果。然后讨论利用输出反馈的极点配置问题。给出（A、B）能控性子空间的一个新判据，以及闭环有min（n，m+l-1）个极点能够任意近似配置的一个新的充分条件。
英文摘要
      In this paper, the ability of output feedback is studied with（A,B） characteristic subspace which has been already developed part (Ⅰ)of this paper. Neccessary and sufficient conditions for A+BKC to be cyclic and including n different eigenvalues are given, by which many well known conclusions can be derived. A new criterion of （A,B）controllability subspace is proposed, and a new sufficient condition for min（n，m+l-1）poles of the closed -loop to be asymptotically assignable is provided.
