| In this paper a new global optimization algiorithm centered around inertial search is put forward in the background of neural network ,First the stability .optimality and feasibility of the algorthm are proved .Then concrete steps as well as a circuit model for the algorthm are proveded .in the end ,an example is given to show the effectiveness of the algorthm in overcomeing th drawback of being trapped by local minimum which often occurs in gtadient search |
