| 本文介绍了感光胶片乳剂制备过程中乳化过程离子浓度的非线性优化控制算法的研究和应用，并研究了控制策略中的参数对控制效果的影响，采用IPC电脑实现的该控制系统在上海感光胶片总厂的2立升乳剂配方实验设备上运行两年多，达到很好的控制效果。 |

| The nonlinear optimal control algorithm of photographic emulsion is this paper,and its application is introduced.The way control parameters affect the control performance is also studied.This system run on IPC is sucessfully operated in Shanghai Film factory for nearly 2 years, the control result shows perfect performance. |
