英文摘要
      With the help of operator semigroup theory, the frequency domain method and the multiplier techniques were applied. When the Kelvin-Voigt damping was distributed locally on any subinterval of the region, the energy of the nonhomogeneous Euler-Bernoulli beam was proved to decay uniformly exponentially.
