| This paper briefly reviews the development of Cybernetics for 60 years since its emergence, including the historical suffering from prejudice and the reform brought to philosophy, updates its definition and summarizes its methodologies. The misunderstandings appeared about Cybernetics are analyzed. The author gives his point of view about the process of formation and the founder of Cybernetics. Finally, the prospective development and applications are discussed. |
