      本文提出用自校正控制算法来解决电火花成型加工中对放电参数的控制,以避免电弧放电的出现而烧伤工件。首先研制出了“电火花加工放电参数检测仪”作为检测环节,相继研制出“电火花成型加工微机自适应控制系统”,建立起加工过程的线性化数学模型,实现了对加工过程的自校正控制,取得了满意的加工效果。本系统不仅可避免加工过程中电弧危害,而且加工效率比人工控制有所提高。
英文摘要
      This paper introduces the application of self-tuning control algorithm in EDM process to avoid the thermodamage caused by the occurrence of stable are and to improve the machining efficiency and stability. An EDM control system based on micro-computer and an EDM discharge parameters monitor being used as the detecting unit in this system have been designed and built. A linearized mathematic model describing the machining process is established and the self-tuning control method is utilized in this system. This control algorithm has got satisfactory success and the machining reliability and productivity have been improved and increased.
