      本文讨论异系统的能量受限的输出调节问题。在不考虑闭环正则化约束的情况下，得到了通过般状态反馈来实现这种输出调节的充要条件。

      In this paper we have discussed the problem of zeroing the output y=Dz of the Singular systems Ez=Az+Bu by control of the form u=Fx under a constraint of the type fo u(t)Ru(t)dt﹤+∞, and have proposed a necessary and sufficient condition for the solvability of this problem.
