| In this paper，the existence，uniqueness，elementary solution and numerical algorithm of solution to matrix equation are investigated based on the theory of Lyapunov matrix equations.With the results obtained，the robust mean-square stability of a type of linear It? stochastic systems and the stability of a type of delay linear systems are studied and some simple algebraic criteria for stability are obtained. |
